Wash with water

The best sprayer is soaked in alkaline water for 1~2 hours, then rinsed with clean water, and dried with a cotton cloth, coated with high-quality grease, and painted. The parts that can be dismantled should be removed and cleaned. The inner pipe wall of the spray rod and spray head should be rinsed with engine oil to avoid dampness and rust.

Lubricate

The pesticide sprayer must be coated with high-quality grease (butter) where the screw is fixed or where it is often worn. For thin-walled iron parts, the adjusted paint can be evenly brushed on the surface of the places where the paint is dropped, to ensure that it does not rust for a long time. When applying oil to the metal parts of the pesticide sprayer to prevent rust, care should be taken to avoid sticking oil on the rubber parts. Because rubber parts are stuck with oil, they are easy to age, crack, and shorten their service life. Before the sprayer is stored, use a quick-fit plastic glue stick or other plastic repair glue to repair the broken part of the pesticide sprayer rod or the crack of the outer barrel of the sprayer.

Repair method

First, clean up the repaired area of the pesticide sprayer to eliminate oil stains and roughen the surface; take out the quick plastic colloid in the tube, cut the required amount, and put the core and outer skin of the quick plastic colloid in two different colors. Knead fully by hand to form a color (about 1~2 minutes, if it is not easy to knead under low-temperature conditions, you can properly heat the gel to room temperature or slightly higher than room temperature before using).

Storage method

Pesticide sprayers should not be placed in dark and humid corners, or stored in the open air, but should be placed indoors in a ventilated, dry place and not exposed to direct sunlight. Because many parts of the sprayer are made of rubber and plastics, these products, such as oxygen in the air and ultraviolet rays in the sun, are prone to aging and deterioration, making the rubber parts less elastic or broken. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the place where these rubber parts are stored is free of pests and rodents, and they cannot be stacked with corrosive items such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides to prevent them from being damaged by corrosion.
