Liquid Pump Hand sprayer

Air Pump Hand sprayer

This hand sprayer consists of a liquid medicine bucket, an air pump, and a spray head. The difference between the air pump type Hand sprayer and the liquid pump type hand sprayer is that it does not directly pressurize the liquid, but uses a pump to press the air into the upper part of the airtight medicine barrel (the liquid is only added to the water level line, leaving a part of the space for Store pressurized air), use air to pressurize the liquid surface, and then spray the liquid through the nozzle. The air pump can generate a pressure of 400-600kPa, and the manufacturing conditions of the medicine barrel are higher than that of the liquid pump-type hand sprayer. The advantage of the air pump type hand sprayer is that the operation is labor-saving. After two inflations (about 30 to 40 times each time), one barrel (about 5L) of liquid medicine can be sprayed. When the liquid pump works, it is necessary to press the hand rocker frequently, and the operator is easily fatigued. When the Hand sprayer plug rod is pulled up, the air under the inner cup of the pump cylinder becomes thinner, the pressure decreases, and the air outlet valve is closed under the action of suction. At this time, the air above the leather bowl bends the leather bowl, and the air flows down through the small holes in the leather bowl. When the plug rod is pressed down, the leather cup is pressed against the large washer by the action of the air below, and the air can only press down the valve ball of the air outlet valve and enter the liquid medicine barrel.
